Legend of Zelda Quilt

It has been a very long time since I've done a quilt. As a matter of fact, I can't say that I've ever finished one. I decided to make my boyfriend a quilt based on our favorite game "The Legend of Zelda" for Christmas. A lot of love and hard work was put into it. It was more complicated than any quilt I ever started but did not finish. I definitely would not have pulled it together without my mom's expert advice in the ways of quilting (thank you, Mom)! In the end it was well worth it just to see my boyfriend's surprised face when he opened his Christmas gift :)

This is my long hair dachshund Suki. Her portrait is done in Illustrator and took (I'm guessing) 50-60 hours. It's my first digital pet portrait, so I think that's why it took longer than I expected. However, I am happy with the results!

Self Portrait

This is the midterm for Digital Illustration class (an intro to Adobe Illustrator class). The assignment was to do a self portrait.
